The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to assist with the execution and creation of the global marketing activity that supports lead generation and client retention initiatives. This role will report to the Marketing Manager to execute day-to-day activities to drive the business forward. 

From emails, webinars, events to social media, you’ll have hands-on involvement across the entire marketing mix to coordinate campaign activity. You will support global campaigns and engagement journeys for our core products whilst working closely in tandem with our sales teams to ensure we build a consistent pipeline that converts, using both demand generation and account-based approaches.

You will collaborate on strategic and tactical projects throughout the year to continue to promote the full VIXIO proposition to our core target audiences.

 

What you’ll be proud of achieving in 2022

  • Delivering seamless best-in-class campaigns supporting the marketing efforts of the organisation. 
    • You will assist in the creation of marketing assets including but not limited to landing pages, website copy, emails, social media imagery, podcasts and webinars. You will work closely with third parties to deliver campaigns and assist with the optimisation of campaigns through effective reporting and analysis. 
  • Build a unique brand experience and drive revenue through internal and external flagship events by engaging with our customers and prospects alike.
    • You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to coordinate and consistently build brand awareness across industry events. From driving attendance to collaborating with sales teams and logistics, you will be part of the driving force and team responsible for the success of the activity.
  • Create great relationships and understanding with clients to gain unrivalled exposure to the world’s largest and most innovative companies:
    • You will work closely to ensure organisational goals are met through effective interaction with clients and prospects alike through all available channels to help build a full picture of the ideal customer profile, and aid marketing initiatives. 

 

About you

Essential:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Able to creatively and effectively communicate our value to our target audience.
  • Relevant experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Stellar event experience, including some project management
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to exhibit poise and gravitas when collaborating with leadership.
  • Experience driving results and creating success for customers and businesses.

Desirable:

  • CIM certification (or are in the process of getting one)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Startup and growth-orientated business experience
  • Familiarity with Lean Start-up approach, Lean Canvas, or Agile
  • A university degree in Business, Communications Marketing, English, or Literature
