In 2018, Mike assumed the role of CEO at Vixio to take the company into a new strategic growth direction, primarily focused on entering the RegTech space. His leadership and business acumen led to the management buyout in 2019 and subsequently Perwyn's investment in late 2022. With a wealth of experience in executive positions within the B2B Media and Information Services sector, Mike's background spans various industry domains including engagements with both FTSE firms and private equity-backed ventures. Mike fosters an environment that values innovation, collaboration and a sense of purpose. He empowers the leadership team to execute Vixio's strategic initiatives, as well as fostering a workplace where every individual can flourish and contribute to the company's overarching success.

Dalia joined VIXIO as Chief Revenue Officer in early 2020. She was tasked to both grow the revenue of Vixio while also transforming the sales function during the heart of the Covid 19 lockdown. Leveraging previous experiences and successes in her numerous leadership and general management roles, Dalia led her team to success through a shared vision of courage, resilience and a relentless focus on the customer. Dalia now oversees the entire commercial global operation across sales and marketing. She empowers her team by providing the tools they need to be successful, each contributing their unique strengths. By combining a culture of customer centricity with data informed decision making, this has strengthened the business revenue model that is both predictable and scalable, while giving her team the power to pivot with agility and adjust their strategic focus to evolve with the market conditions.

Roseanne joined Vixio as Chief Content Officer in 2019 and is focussed on delivering the content and product strategy to establish Vixio as a global RegTech provider. As a seasoned executive in a variety of sectors and for some of the biggest B2B Information brands in the world, most notably at CEB, S&P Global Market Intelligence and Procurement Leaders, she is well placed to lead the research and product team to success. Roseanne leads by example, helping her global team of analysts and product specialists to put people and purpose first. Her history of success in building superior products in a crowded marketplace is evidenced by her ability to prove value through customer centricity.

With his more than 25 years’ experience in designing, building and leading the implementation of software and digital programmes in the financial services industry, Alex excels at building robust technology solutions that deliver value across all stakeholders. Having led technical and product teams in financial services companies, both regulated and unregulated, Alex believes shared knowledge and curiosity is the key to establishing technology & product innovation excellence.

James was appointed as VP Americas in 2010 to build our North American based operations, after his success of building the international operations based in the UK. He continues his role as Chief Analyst for GamblingCompliance. James’ extensive industry experience in gambling regulation has led to being invited to speak at many of the premier industry conferences in the United States, Latin America and Europe, including at the European Parliament in Brussels as a thought leader. A fluent Spanish and Portuguese speaker, James has a keen interest in emerging Latin American gambling markets including Mexico and Brazil. James holds an MA in Latin American History and Politics from the University of London.

Prior to joining Vixio, Lucy spent six years working for Xactly (a Vista Company) as Senior Director, Global Field Marketing, and has spent almost 20 years in B2B technology marketing. Lucy holds a BA Honours degree in European Politics and French.

Now overseeing the People function at Vixio across the US and UK Nikki is excited to build it out in a way that supports Vixio’s positive growth trajectory. PSD3 and the digital euro project represent essential milestones in which she is deeply involved. To this end, she took part in the creation of the EDPIA alliance in 2020 with the aim of raising awareness of the challenges facing the main European payment industry players. In 1993, graduated from a business school with a diploma in financial analysis, she joined Crédit Agricole's investment banking division as deputy head of equity syndication. She then took over responsibility for Target2 as liquidity manager.
