Working at Vixio, you can expect lots of things from us:

Flexibility

We believe that it’s important for our people to be together regularly, but we also recognise the importance of work-life balance - that’s why we operate a hybrid working pattern.  Our London colleagues come to the office 2 days per week, and our US colleagues regularly get together in our Washington office. We also offer core hours to allow people flexibility at the start and end of their days.

Personal Development

Our culture of learning and development encourages all employees to be curious while taking ownership of their own personal and professional development. We have personal development plans that are reviewed twice a year to review personal progress and career aspirations.  We look to promote from within where we can, and we learn from each other’s experiences at our regular catered lunch and learn sessions.

Social Responsibilty

Our Vixio Giving team plan a range of activities across the year to support our environmental and charity work.  This includes fundraising activities to support our nominated charity, the Bow Food Bank, taking part in the JP Morgan run and various volunteering activities such as plastic fishing.  Everyone at Vixio can take two paid days off for charity work, so we ensure everyone can support our world outside of Vixio.

Well-being

We know how important our people’s mental, health and financial wellbeing is.  We have support in place to help our people such as Mental Health First Aiders and an Employee Assistance Programme.  We also offer everyone private medical paid for by Vixio, and we run a regular programme of events throughout the year such as pension awareness webinars.  And as an added bonus we offer half day Fridays in the summer to give our people some extra time for themselves.

Private Medical - we offer all of our people private medical paid for by us

Pension / 401K - we offer pension (UK) and 401k (US) to everyone at 3% employer contributions, and 5% employee contributions.

Family friendly - we offer enhanced benefits in the UK and US for our family policies which includes maternity, paternity, adoption and surrogacy leave.

Annual leave / vacation -  In the UK we offer 25 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days with service.  In the US we offer 20 days vacation, increasing to 25 days with service.

Work from anywhere - our people are able to work from anywhere for up to two weeks each year.

Flexible working - we operate a hybrid working model of 2 days per week in the office.

Birthday leave - everyone gets a day off for their birthday, and 2 days if it’s a big one!

Other benefits include season ticket loans, cycle to work, access to a discount portal and an electric car scheme.
