In April 2019, the International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction published online a study which examines the effect of voluntary limit-setting on gamblers’ loyalty.

In the study, the effect of voluntary limit-setting on player loyalty was evaluated over time using data provided by online gambling operator Kindred.
